Our goal is to provide a safe space for healing and a model of flexible care that honors the lives of individuals, adolescents, children, couples and families. We celebrate and affirm LGBTQ+ individuals. Nicole has had the pleasure of working with families since 2008, where she co-founded Root For ME!, a non-profit organization focused on supporting children and families living with developmental disabilities. As an Oncology Counselor at the Dempsey Center, Nicole supported youth, families and individuals through individual counseling, education and support group facilitation. Nicole spent two years in direct practice, focused on the bio psychosocial well-being of cancer patients and survivors as well as eight years working with children, families and couples through cancer retreat programs. Her professional experience continued with adolescents, families and parents in crisis. As Clinical Director for a therapeutic residential program, Nicole provided clinical supervision for Master level interns, conditionally licensed therapists, LCSW's and LCPC's. Nicole received her Masters of Social Work (MSW) degree with a certification in Applied Arts and Social Justice from the University of New England in Portland, Maine and earned her BA in Social and Behavioral Science with a concentration in counseling from the University of Southern Maine.
