I have over ten years of experience in the mental health field, working with a variety of individuals across many backgrounds and treatment needs. I enjoy working with teens and young adults with anxiety who are transitioning between phases of life, as well as mothers who are trying to find balance in life. I have been certified in the treatment of trauma and am honored when someone trusts me enough to allow me into some of the darkest moments of their lives. My primary strategy is to provide a warm and safe environment based on kindness and empathic understanding. I use techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with a trauma-informed approach to treatment. I often incorporate art therapy, prolonged exposure techniques for trauma processing, and provide psycho-education on the mind-body connection. My approach is to build off what is working in your life and find ways to apply strengths to other areas of need. Even if you don’t feel anything is going right, I can assist you in finding and channeling strength for making long-lasting change. Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions; I work to respond to any contact within 48 business hours. I look forward to meeting you!
