Introduction

I am a licensed clinical psychologist, and over the past 15+ years, I have specialized in working with individuals to address their anxiety, OCD, and phobias. My passion is helping clients connect with their values and learn evidence-based, effective skills to lean into their discomfort and confront their fears. This can often lead to a greater sense of freedom and agency to live meaningfully. I use a strength-based, whole person approach. I have been formally trained in and utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, exposure and response prevention, acceptance and commitment therapy, and mindfulness-based stress reduction.
