I provide trauma informed therapy for people who may be overcoming a painful period of life. With a bit of work you can have a greater sense of peace, hope, and confidence. Let's take time to explore your emotions. Considering what you may be going through, we'll make a plan together. I believe everyone has the ability to change with a supportive environment.
