Specialties: Anxiety, Trauma, Eating Disorders, Life Transitions

Introduction

Are you having a difficult time functioning in daily life? Are there repetitive thoughts that plague you? Do you feel like you keep getting stuck in the same situations in your relationships? I firmly believe therapy can be beneficial for everyone. I offer a compassionate & non-judgmental environment to process difficulties big & small. I would love to help you work through & process life's challenges to help you become the best version of yourself. If you truly desire change & are motivated & willing to put in the work, I believe progress & healing are possible. I have a particular passion for working with young adults in the midst of life transitions, those struggling with their relationship with food/their bodies, & those who have a desire to process through previous trauma. My training includes EMDR, which focuses on healing from the symptoms of emotional distress that are a result of difficult life experiences. I fully believe in the power of therapy, of human connection, & of how being honest about where you are at can be truly healing & empowering. I am currently on a waitlist, but feel free to reach out to be added. I would love to talk with you about what you're going through & how I may be able to help.
