Introduction

Finding the right therapist can be overwhelming. I understand it takes courage to be vulnerable, so I’ll meet you with compassion and a non-judgmental space for healing. A safe space for exploring your thoughts and feelings while being heard and understood. Our lived experiences can often burden us with feelings of hopelessness, worry, fear, shame, and guilt, or sometimes have us questioning our self-worth or purpose in life. You have worth and your needs matter and are deserving of individualized attention. Together, I will support you in processing what has you feeling stuck or in pain and interfering with your daily life. I’m a trained EMDR therapist specializing in trauma and areas of depression, anxiety, relationship issues, family conflict, and life transitions. We often have childhood trauma attached to our shadow that needs direct attention. I also offer support for clients experiencing infertility and understand the difficulties and challenges on a personal level. As your therapist, I’ll provide a safe and supportive space for you to embark on your therapy journey. I believe you are the expert of your life, and I’m simply a guide to support you in areas of healing and self-discovery. I'll assist you in learning how to restructure or challenge negative thoughts or behavioral patterns preventing you from fully thriving.
