I help many people who struggle with trauma, depression, anxiety, stress, family issues, and career/ work related issues move forward and find relief from their symptoms through EMDR. Many people come to me and tell me about the exhaustion they feel, the low motivation, the constant fatigue, the headaches, the stress on their mind and body, the constant thinking and worrying, and how they are sick and tired, of being sick and tired. I help people understand where these stressors, emotions, and sensations might be coming from and use an evidence based practice, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) and solid therapeutic work to help alleviate these symptoms, and change the way we think about things, feel about things and react to things to make life easier and better. I know how daunting it can be to talk to someone about some of the most vulnerable and difficult things in our lives, but I can help you through this and you do not have to do this on your own.
