You know you don't want to live like this anymore. You want to learn how to manage feelings of anxiety or depression. You've been confused, lonely, and frustrated for long enough, and are ready for a positive change. Or maybe you aren't quite sure what you need, but you're willing to give therapy a try. My goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard, supported, and encouraged. I especially enjoy working with women of all ages who are struggling with low self-esteem, negative self-image, relationships, burnout, motherhood, guilt, or breaking generational patterns. I use CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Self-Compassion strategies, which means we will be curious about your thoughts, feelings, and actions, then we will work together to find a healthy path forward that leads to healing. You don't need to have it all figured out yet. We will work through these challenges together. You matter, your experiences matter, and you do not need to go through it alone.
