I generally work with people who are looking for something in additional to typical talk therapy, whether learning about regulating emotions or understanding more about their triggers that create barriers for their relationship or career goals. I also help people work through their trauma responses, whether this is a gradual experience overtime in a toxic connection or with wanting to process sexual trauma that is still affecting you years later. If you are not experiencing any intense symptoms and looking to work through a specific goal on how to organize or level up, short-term life coaching may be a good fit for you. You may book a consultation through this portal, but sessions are booked separately once approved that this is appropriate for where you're at in life. I provide a lot of education, so that you can be in on understanding more about your experience and what may be happening in your mind and body. I have a guided framework individualized for your needs, but very client led based on what's important for you.
