Therapy should be a place where individuals gain insight and learn ways to change and grow in an environment that is safe and supportive. I have experience working with clients of all ages, and specialize in working with pre-adolescents, adolescents and adults. I utilize empathy, compassion, and humor to hold space for individuals and support them as they navigate life’s challenges. I have experience supporting clients managing anxiety, depression, anger, grief and loss, past trauma, as well as other difficult transitions and utilize principles of CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and a strengths-based approach. My goal is to provide a safe, caring and supportive environment where lasting change can occur.
