Welcome to my practice! If you've been feeling stuck, lost or just off lately, therapy can help. Whether it’s a recent life transition, relationship issues, past trauma or longstanding anxiety, therapy can provide a safe space to explore some of your most challenging issues. Using a collaborative and compassionate approach, I tailor treatment to best fit the needs of each individual. I primarily draw from ACT, CBT, CFT, IFS, trauma informed and attachment based therapies. I have a doctorate in clinical psychology and am certified in perinatal mental health (PMH-C). My clinical training includes work at several university counseling centers, residential treatment facilities, and children's hospitals. I've held psychologist positions at Stanford University and UCSF. Please reach out for a free phone consultation to determine if we might be a good fit. I look forward to connecting with you!
