Introduction

I am a creative person who does not believe 'one-size-fits-all' in therapy. I use cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness to help individuals build awareness of themselves, and then explore who they would like to be. Building a life that you truly value tends to have a positive effect in all areas of life. I believe that taking charge of our mental health is one of the most responsible and gratifying things we can do. It’s easy to miss what is happening inside us every day—our brains are fast and powerful tools! Therapy can help you to slow down and better understand how you are navigating the world.
