I am a compassionate and client-centered therapist with over 10 years of experience in the mental health field. I specialize in helping individuals navigate life’s challenges, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, grief, and perinatal mental health concerns. I have a particular passion for working with college-age students who are managing the stress of life transitions, as well as women experiencing infertility, pregnancy, postpartum depression and anxiety, or loss. My therapeutic approach is rooted in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), psychodynamic therapy, and mindfulness practices. I create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their emotions and work collaboratively to develop practical solutions and coping strategies. Having worked in a variety of settings and programs, I understand that each person’s journey is unique, and I strive to tailor my approach to meet the individual needs of every client. My goal is to help you achieve your personal goals, build resilience, and find healing in a supportive environment. During my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, cooking, camping, gardening, crafting, and spending all the time I can outside during the summer months.
