Introduction

I am passionate about walking alongside kids, parents, teens, and individual adult women, providing a safe space to explore their stories, to feel seen and heard, and to find hope and healing. I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) in North Carolina as well as a Registered Play Therapist™ (RPT™). I am also registered as a Professional Counselor Telehealth Provider in South Carolina. I received a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from the University of North Carolina- Chapel Hill in 2007 and a master's degree in Couple and Family Counseling from the University of North Carolina- Greensboro in 2010.
