Introduction

Facing life’s difficulties can be overwhelming. I am here to provide a confidential environment where therapy is a collaborative process. It is my goal to help my clients gain the necessary tools to aid in healing and a positive mindset. It is my belief that mental health and physical health work hand-in-hand with neither one more important than the other. As a person-centered therapist, I strongly feel it is important that I provide a safe, nonjudgmental place for people to express themselves openly. I take pride in being very straight forward, while also being kind and honest with my clients. “Loving ourselves through the process of owning our story is the bravest thing we will ever do” – Brene Brown
