I am a licensed professional counselor committed to helping clients learn how to live a life where anxiety no longer interferes with social, academic, or emotional functioning. My work focuses on tangible skills that can unlock your potential to untwist negative thinking, increase your self-confidence and worry less. I believe in creating an environment where my clients can be wholeheartedly and unapologetically themselves. I am passionate about working with older teens/young adults with a variety of anxiety disorders (social anxiety, OCD, generalized anxiety, separation anxiety, etc).
