Welcome! My name is Nicole Lanciotti and I am passionate about practicing an integrative approach to mental health by supporting social, physical, cognitive, emotional and spiritual growth of my clients and assisting them in creating their own positive change. I have over 5 years of experience working for Anne Arundel County Crisis Response System where I have worked with substance abuse as a Safe Station Clinician, as well as, various populations and a variety of crisis situations as a Mobile Crisis Clinician. In my practice I focus on using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) among other therapeutic approaches to shift patient perception while incorporating mindfulness and other coping techniques. I am a certified Nature Informed Therapist. I integrate nature into my psychotherapy practice with nature informed interventions via telehealth, in the office, and outdoors as appropriate for each individual's needs.
