Introduction

You are greater than your worst day and all those negative thoughts that come with it. I love helping people find a way to see through their darkness and find the light and enjoyment of life again. Whatever you are going through is nothing to be ashamed of. I work hard to create a comfortable environment where there is no judgment, only the guidance to move forward and keep going towards the person you were meant to be. Zero need to dress up or say what you think are the right answers - come exactly as you are. I believe everyone can change and grow over the course of their life, so give me a call and we can find your new path. I specialize in anxiety and depression, shame, identity, and resiliency building. I have experience working with young adults, new parents, and older adults. I am additionally a licensed school counselor and have expertise with adolescents aged 10-19. I believe everyone can change and grow over the course of their lives. I am vocal about equal rights for all people. Black lives matter, LGBTQ lives matter, and every person is valuable. I love a nice warm cup of coffee with caramel, a good book or Netflix show to binge, mountain views, and spending time with my family. I have a dog that barks every time some one comes up my driveway and tiny chickens wandering the yard.
