ABOUT ME: I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, Gerontologist, Author, and Mental Health Educator. I possess a depth and breath of experience gained from providing mental health counseling, consulting, crisis intervention, education, advocacy, support, and case management services in various settings since 1996. Anxiety and disorders of executive functioning are my specialty - Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, related executive functioning difficulties, and mild to moderate dementia. I provide education, support, resources, services, processes, and systems for individuals and families. I am the Owner, solo Clinical Therapist and Gerontologist at Ride the Wave Wellness™.
