I'm Nicole Kilpatrick, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the owner and primary therapist at Selah Wellness, PLLC. I am here to support you as you "selah" and navigate many of life's challenges. I specialize in working with adults who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, family conflict, grief, relationship issues, or any other life transition challenges. My approach to counseling is collaborative. I believe therapy is done with you, not to you. I use an integrated, strengths-based approach to provide services that are tailored to meet your specific needs. With more than 6 years of outpatient and inpatient mental health and substance use experience, my goal is to walk alongside you and support you as you embark on your mental wellness journey.
