Hi! I'm Nicole Johnson. I am a licensed psychologist who works with adolescents and adults who have ongoing challenges with anxiety and stress. My goal is to help you stop living life at a frenzied pace and guide you to a place where things feel manageable again. I have been providing therapy for adults, children, and families since 2008. My background includes in-office therapy, as well as intensive in-home therapy for families and children, group therapy, day treatment services, and exposure therapy in the community. One of my specialties is working with client’s who look like they are doing “just fine,” but on the inside they experience high stress and anxiety in their lives. I also love working with clients who are facing burnout and perfectionism, or need more balance in their lives. I also offer supervision/consultation for training and practicing clinicians. I have extensive experience with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and utilize these approaches in therapy when they match the client’s needs.
