My goal as your therapist is to provide a safe, collaborative and validating space that empowers you to develop a positive sense of self and effective emotional management techniques that will help you to achieve your goals and build a fulfilling life. I enjoy working with individuals ages 10+ who are struggling with OCD, Borderline Personality Disorder, chronic pain, social anxiety, depression, self-esteem, life adjustments, Autism/ADHD, and more. My approach is non-judgmental and empathic so that clients feel comfortable sharing their story. Utilizing cognitive behavioral techniques including ACT, DBT, mindfulness, and exposure therapy and a sense of curiosity and compassion, we will process emotions, and uncover unhelpful behaviors or thinking patterns that are getting in the way.
