Nicole Jackson

LCSW-C BeWell Therapy Group

Introduction

I believe that effective therapy is rooted in the importance of the individual, and built on trust, comfortability, and unconditional empathy. My treatment approach is person-centered, using methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Strength-Based skills, and Behavioral Modification and I incorporate play, art, and other creative elements to connect with my younger clients. I value taking the time to understand my clients’ interests, personalities, and passions so that I can integrate these into their treatment to build connection. Working with clients directly in their environment, in a compassionate, hands on way, leads to transformative change. Finding a therapist that you can trust with the most vulnerable parts of you, or your loved one's life can be a daunting investment. It is my job to help you feel fully heard, comfortable, and supported through the process! https://www.bewelltherapygroup.com/
