Introduction

Nicole Hughes, LCSW-C I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than twelve years of experience providing counseling to children, adolescents, adults, and families. Does your child seem anxious, irritable, down, or unable to focus? I will provide your child a safe space to explore their feelings and learn coping skills through interactive therapy sessions. My extensive experience in school-based settings has allowed me to treat children and teens of all ages experiencing a variety of concerns including behavioral problems, ADHD, anxiety, depression, adjustment, divorce, grief, trauma, and anger. For adults experiencing stress, burnout, anxiety, grief, and trauma I provide a non-judgmental space to be heard, understood and gently challenged. My treatment approach is primarily client-centered; with the understanding that building a strong, trusting relationship is the most essential component of effective therapy. Kyle Aaron, LCPC My ideal client is anyone who is struggling to find traction and purpose in life, and who may be feeling stuck. I have extensive experience working with people struggling with a variety of issues and have worked with people at every stage of the their journey. I have helped many clients reclaim their "hero's journey" and find their way out of the maze of anxiety, depression and apathy they may find themselves in. I provide a humanistic relational approach, that simply means that much of the benefit of therapy is gained from the quality of the relationship. I believe a quality relationship to be one that allows for a full expression of thoughts and feelings. I've also worked and trained in several skills-based therapies such as CBT, DBT and ACT.
