Nicole Hughes, LCSW-C Are you struggling to adjust to college, starting your career journey, or balancing relationships and self-care? The transition to adulthood has never been harder. I am here to help. I'm a licensed clinical social worker with more than 15 years of experience providing counseling in schools, clinics and university-based settings. I have helped children, teens, and adults with a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life transitions, grief, trauma, ADHD and anger. Whether you are seeking counseling in person or virtually, I will provide a place to feel heard, understood, and gently challenged. I provide a safe space for exploring feelings through a combination of talk therapy, sand tray therapy, child play therapy and CBT. My treatment approach is primarily client-centered; with the understanding that building a strong, trusting relationship is the most essential component of effective therapy. If you’ve struggled with traditional talk therapy in the past, sand tray therapy may be a gentle and transformative alternative. Finding the right therapist can be challenging so I am available for a free 15 minute phone consultation. Please reach out to me via phone or email. I look forward to hearing from you! Kyle Aaron, LCPC My ideal client is anyone who is struggling to find traction and purpose in life, and who may be feeling stuck. I have extensive experience working with people struggling with a variety of issues and have worked with people at every stage of the their journey. I have helped many clients reclaim their "hero's journey" and find their way out of the maze of anxiety, depression and apathy they may find themselves in. I provide a humanistic relational approach, that simply means that much of the benefit of therapy is gained from the quality of the relationship. I believe a quality relationship to be one that allows for a full expression of thoughts and feelings. I've also worked and trained in several skills-based therapies such as CBT, DBT and ACT.
