I am a depth psychotherapist and my approach is informed by Jungian, psychodynamic, and Objects Relations theories. In session, I utilize somatic and trauma-informed practices and I work from a critical social theory and social justice framework. I received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Art and a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Approved Clinical Supervisor in the state of Washington. At the Shelterwood Collective, I offer counseling and psychotherapy for individuals ranging from adolescence to adulthood. I also provide consulting services for businesses, non-profits, and leaders; and clinical supervision and mentoring for therapists and healers. The opportunity to build authentic, healing relationships with my clients is a profound privilege. I truly believe this is sacred work.
