Introduction

As a dedicated psychotherapist, I help individuals navigate their mental health journeys. I extend my services at Sage Valley Therapy, offering accessible and convenient virtual consultations. I start with a free 15-minute consultation to understand your goals. If my services fit your needs, we proceed with an initial diagnostic consultation to explore your challenges. Together, we'll set treatment goals and session frequency. I believe in sharing knowledge, empowering you throughout your therapeutic journey. I specialize in treating anxiety disorders, depression, phobias, and obsessive-compulsive disorder. My approach is with compassionate care to evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) with shame sensitive practice, mindfulness, culturally sensitive and trauma informed care. I earned a master’s degree in mental health counseling and wellness from New York University. Since then, I have guided people toward greater self-awareness and emotional well-being. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, National Certified Counselor, Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional, and Certified Shame-Informed Treatment Specialist. If you or a loved one is struggling with anxiety, depression, or OCD, I warmly invite you to reach out to me. Collectively, we can navigate this journey towards healing and well-being. Contact me to schedule a consultation and take the first step towards compassionate care. Let’s overcome anxiety, depression, and OCD together.
