Hello! Currently I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Washington and Colorado. Originally from Colorado, I have practiced in a variety of settings such as community mental health, private practice, integrated behavioral health in pediatric clinic, groups, family therapy, and telehealth. I have had the pleasure of working with most ages, from three to seventy-five. I am a Certified Synergetic Play Therapist, trained in EMDR I & II, DBT and CBT.
