Searching for a therapist that is a good fit can feel overwhelming, and understandably so. I work with clients experiencing life transitions, symptoms of anxiety & depression, low self-worth, and body image/ disordered eating issues. If you are struggling with anything related to the above, I may be the therapist for you. It is always an honor to work with clients who are ready to address these concerns, create attainable goals, and participate in the life-changing work of therapy. I view my clients through a biopsychosocial lens, which means that I consider all aspects of the person, not just the presenting problem. Some of my goals in doing this are to provide a therapeutic perspective that helps you identify patterns and behaviors, process past traumas, and grow in self-confidence all within a safe and judgment-free environment. Getting started is often the hardest step. I aim to make this process manageable for my clients.
