Introduction

My practice includes working with clients to reduce symptoms, improve confidence, increase understanding of themselves, and achieve their goals. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with education and background in mental health, substance use counseling/addiction recovery, and trauma informed care. In addition, I have completed full training with ongoing supervision in EMDR. Finding the right therapist is paramount to the process of psychotherapy.
