Introduction

Thank you for your interest in working together! My practice includes working with clients to address symptoms of anxiety, depression, relational trauma, emotional neglect, or abuse. Often my clients come to therapy to address feelings of loneliness, shame, low self-worth, emotion dysregulation, trouble expressing their needs/wants, and/or setting healthy boundaries. My approach to the therapeutic process is through a relational lens; compassion, empathy, acceptance, and attunement. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with education and background in mental health, substance use counseling/addiction recovery, and trauma informed care. In addition, I have completed full training with ongoing supervision in EMDR. Finding the right therapist is paramount to the process of psychotherapy. If you have never participated in therapy and/or have any questions that might help you in your decision please feel free to reach out! You may also directly request a 15 minute free consultation.
