Introduction

I work with women in their 20s and 30s who are ready to embark on a journey of self-discovery. If you find yourself grappling with fear, worry, and a racing mind you're not alone. If you've struggled to say 'no' to family and friends or noticed recurring patterns in dating, you've found a safe space here to explore and grow. In our sessions you can freely express yourself, unburdened by judgment, and embraced with understanding. I believe in an approach that encompasses both the mind and body, ensuring a holistic understanding of you. Together we’ll learn to manage anxiety, process trauma, adopt positive self talk, and uphold the boundaries that keep you feeling safe. We'll gently delve into understanding the impact of your past on your present, all while learning to navigate difficult emotions and finding inner peace. It takes courage to begin therapy and I respect each client's unique experience. My hope is that our sessions will leave you feeling empowered to conquer any obstacle that may come your way.
