LMFT Nicole Cully, LMFT
Specialties: Eating Disorders, Anxiety, Depression, Life Transitions

Introduction

Make space for your whole self. You’ve tried so hard to change yourself to fit. Let’s look at the rules and expectations you’ve set for yourself and redefine them to align with the life you want. My care and curiosity about people drew me to this line of work. My core beliefs revolve around the tenet that all human beings are valuable and worthy and that we each deserve safe and shame-free places to talk and express ourselves. I typically work with older adolescents and adults of all ages with eating disorders, postpartum issues, psychosis, borderline personality disorder, and those navigating complex or challenging life transitions and adjustments. I use tools like problem-solving, cognitive reframing, and mindfulness techniques to collaborate with my clients. I am also aligned with person-centered therapy, health at every size, and intuitive eating.
