***NOT ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS**Therapy provides a unique opportunity to develop a safe and supportive relationship to assist in creating meaningful change in your life. I provide individual therapy for a variety of issues: depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, trauma, emotion regulation difficulties, self-esteem, and sexuality concerns. Through encouragement and a nonjudgmental approach, I will work with you to identify your strengths as well as underlying issues. We will work collaboratively to develop a plan that fits your needs, whether you are looking for short-term, goal-directed therapy or long-term therapeutic support. I hold a BA from Stanford University in Psychology and an MS in Counseling from University of Phoenix. I draw on my education, experience and training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Structural Dissociation and EMDR for trauma related work, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and mindfulness training. I believe strongly in the power of the individual to achieve a greater sense of self-acceptance and move toward positive, committed action in all areas of life. I look forward to working together with you to increase self-awareness, meaning, and balance in your life.
