I am a fully licensed psychologist who provides individual and couples therapy. My goal is to provide a nonjudgmental, safe environment in which to collaboratively explore a client’s reasons for coming to therapy and work towards their treatment goals. I am LGBTQ+ affirming. I am also passionate about working with Veterans, and I completed my internship and postdoctoral fellowship in VA hospitals. I primarily work with adults with depression, PTSD, interpersonal problems, stress related to life transitions, and couples-related issues. I work from a relational perspective and integrate evidence-based treatments to adapt to client needs. I have a particular interest in couples therapy, and I am obtaining training in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy. My hope is to reduce distressing symptoms and help clients to express their thoughts, needs, and wants in adaptive ways so they can have a meaningful, fulfilling life.
