Nicky Besette is a Licensed Graduate Social Worker (LGSW) in the state of Minnesota and a Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW) in the state of North Dakota. After completing her bachelor's degree from MSUM in Moorhead, majoring in social work, Nicky continued her education at Campbellsville University in Kentucky where she received her master's degree in social work. After completing her bachelor's degree, Nicky worked in a few different settings including: adoption social work, singles case manager with individuals who were homeless, social worker/case manager for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and the Director of a memory care unit assisting individuals with memory loss. Nicky will work with anyone above the age of 5. Some specialty areas Nicky enjoys working with include but are not limited to: depression, anxiety, PTSD, abuse, and trauma.
