I specialize in working with children, adolescents and adults utilizing evidenced-based practices including Play Therapy/Sand Tray/Expressive Arts, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy/Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Informed Therapies. I also utilize strategies from Eastern Psychology (such as meditation).
