Introduction

We all get stuck in ruts with relationships, our routines, and at work. Therapy is a space to find the strength to overcome the patterns you are tired of dealing with and reconnect with your values. I work with individuals, teens, couples, and any relationship arrangement. I typically start therapy by working through some of the more burdensome symptoms you are struggling with to give you some relief and tools immediately. From there, our work will get deeper and tackle changing long-standing patterns. If you are ready to work on yourself this way, I hope to hear from you. I work with everyone, no matter their identity. I am passionate about working through anger issues, those suffering from long-term depression, and people exploring non-monogamy. I also believe in looking at health through a holistic lens, which means examining how physical fitness and mental health can build resilience, confidence, and self-worth. Therapy is an investment that builds resiliency, compassion, and realistic expectations for life. I want to help you find the tools to live a happy and fulfilling life. If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or dissatisfied and struggling to figure out how to feel better, please email me. I can't wait to meet you.
