My ideal client is one who is as committed to putting in the work for therapy as I am. I intend to give my all for our therapy sessions so long as you are intent on collaborating with me to reach the life you deserve. No matter your presenting concerns, it is my hope that you have come to me with an open mind and an understanding that you get what you put into our sessions. I have worked with a number of individuals with symptoms of depression, anxiety, ADHD, OCD, and bipolar disorder. I utilize person-centered, mindfulness, and cognitive behavioral techniques such as positive self-talk, cognitive restructuring/reframing, thought redirection, journaling, and meditation. I’ve spent my life working to become the best version of myself and a hero for the unique individuals around me who are struggling with their lives and mental health. Through the therapeutic techniques I’ve learned, I now have the avenue to help and use my knowledge to work with people in need so they many one day be able to reach their goals.
