I am Dr. Nick Hong, a licensed psychologist who provides individual therapy for adults and teenagers. I received my PhD in Clinical Psychology at the University of Oregon. I advanced my clinical skills at the medical school at Stanford University and at the University of New Mexico, where I began working full-time in a variety of therapy settings. Over the last two decades, I have also given talks nationally and internationally; facilitated group therapy sessions; and led many workshops for families, parents, and couples. I work with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, interpersonal conflict, and behavioral and life adjustment challenges. I enjoy consulting with parents of children, teenagers, and young adults who may be struggling with a host of mental health and/or substance abuse challenges. I am a certified Leader of the Gottman Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work.
