Introduction

It’s hard to imagine all that our youth are exposed to these days. My passion is helping young people deal with life. As a former educator and certified school counselor, I’ve witnessed the struggles that our youth face on a daily basis. My focus is working with children adolescents, and adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, low self esteem, family issues, trauma, PTSD, abuse, domestic violence, and more. My goal is to build a positive relationship and provide a safe space for clients to express themselves openly while processing thoughts and emotions. My integrated theoretical approach includes Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR). Support through counseling can enhance your physical, social, and emotional well-being. It is an honor and privilege to be your support.
