Welcome! I began working as a therapist in 2017 but have been in the mental health field since 2013. I am extremely passionate about mental wellness. I believe that mental health strongly impacts your quality of life and the right support can make a significant difference. I work with a range of individuals from children to adults. Some of my areas of focus are depression and anxiety, eating disorder and body image, marginalized identities, and life transitions. Care with my clients is individualized.
