With a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from West Chester University and a Master's in Human Services with a Counseling concentration from Lincoln University in Pennsylvania, Nia-DayO is a Licensed Behavioral Specialist and Licensed Master Social Worker with over 20 years of experience helping children and families in the social service field. Since 2011, Nia-DayO has dedicated her career to Out-Patient Counseling for Children, Adults, and Families. Her approach emphasizes effective communication skills for building strong relationships while utilizing evidence-based treatments. Nia-DayO's extensive background includes working in Community Mental Health Agencies, School-based Out-Patient Therapy, Early Intervention, Child Care Development, Behavioral Programs, Play Therapy, Behavioral Modifications, Mindfulness, and Relaxation Techniques. Nia-DayO firmly believes that each client holds the power to shape their therapeutic journey.
