Introduction

As a licensed clinical social worker providing strength-based counseling services, my approach is focused on identifying and building upon my clients' existing strengths and resources. I believe that everyone has the capacity for growth and positive change, and I work collaboratively with my clients to help them identify their goals and develop strategies to achieve them. In our counseling sessions, I create a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Using evidence-based techniques and a person-centered approach, I help my clients develop coping skills, improve their relationships, and enhance their overall well-being. My work is informed by a deep commitment to social justice and anti-oppressive practices. I believe that it is essential to acknowledge and address the systemic issues that contribute to mental health challenges, and I strive to help my clients build resilience and self-empowerment in the face of these challenges. I am dedicated to helping my clients create positive and meaningful change in their lives, and I am honored to be a part of their journey.
