Introduction

Hi, I'm Nercy! I am a first-generation American who served in the military and has experience with transitioning roles, working in the helping community, and understanding the importance of being effective in order to be the best version of yourself. I help professionals in the helping field, between ages 20-45, who struggle with imposter syndrome, a sense of belonging, self-doubt, and self-worth. I also help kids between ages 6-11 who are struggling with expressing their feelings by helping the parents and kids overcome difficulties around anger, sadness, and expressing themselves, I do this by using non-directive play therapy and art therapy to help the child learn age-appropriate ways to express their feelings. Using different methods of treatment I am able to take a holistic approach when working with people because one shoe does NOT fit all!
