Together we can explore your story and create more satisfaction, enjoyment, and purpose for you. Let's face it - life can be hard. I can help people with life transitions such as children leaving/returning home, separation or divorce, grief, or career change, as well as finding purpose and meaning in getting older. As a working parent, I have a passion for supporting parents as they navigate joys and stressors as their parental role changes over time. Finding someone you can trust and feel comfortable opening up to is an important first step in therapy. I want your experience with me to bring awareness and inspiration, but most importantly, a change for the better.
