Introduction

I'm a Licensed Clinical Psychologist specializing in the treatment of a variety of anxiety disorders, depression, OCD, and trauma. I aim to help clients by increasing their insight about the deeper level of where their issues come from, assist them in identifying patterns that aren't working for them, and teach them the skills to think, feel, and act in more healthier ways. Clients who work with me can expect a therapist who is attentive, heartfelt, and challenging. During our time together, we will be a trusting relationship, you will learn to understand yourself and the patterns of your life better, and we will work toward shifting into a happier and healthier mindset.
