Being a human is undoubtedly hard, it becomes harder when we feel stuck, when anxiety is intrusive, when depression is heavy, and when we struggle to feel connected to those around us. As a therapist, my purpose is to create an environment that cultivates acceptance, comfortability, and growth. Helping you move toward a sense of feeling fully alive — to feel as though you can thrive. I use several therapeutic approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Existential Therapy, and other Behavioral/Cognitive Insight-Oriented treatment models. I believe in working together collaboratively and holistically while using a multicultural/trauma informed lens in my practice. Each human has their own unique needs and goals, and we will work together to find the steps forward to a life you want to live. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with clinical experience working with children, adolescents, individuals, couples, and families. I specialize in PTSD/trauma, OCD, depression, family conflict, identity challenges, grief/loss, chronic pain, health changes, and general adjustment difficulties.
