You are not alone if you have trouble understanding your emotions or find it difficult to verbalize your inner thoughts. We work primarily with adults who are addressing a variety of issues including managing stress, improving self-esteem, coping with life transitions, and controlling addictions. At Nefesh Counseling we offer traditional talk therapy, social work, art therapy, and mindfulness techniques.
