Hello, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience providing individual therapy services. It is my goal as a therapist to help stressed-out individuals feel less anxious and overwhelmed in their lives. I help clients to feel more confident in making positive changes that will empower them and create healthier relationships with those they love.
