Introduction

Hello I'm Neal! I am a licensed psychotherapist based in Longmont, Colorado. I serve the entire state through telehealth. I specialize in athlete mental health. Specifically, I work with athletes that are depressed, anxious, have experienced recent or chronic injuries preventing them returning to play, and recent trauma and loss. I developed an interest in working with athletes years ago when I noticed how powerful the mind body connnection is in sport and how easily it is to neglect other parts of ourselves. I love working in an acceptance commitment model of therapy and have seen tremendous results.
