Introduction

My approach is collaborative, using evidence based therapy for complex trauma, depression, and anxiety, including Internal Family Systems Therapy, DBT, and Expressive arts therapy. I also provide couples counseling for those dealing with communication issues, breaks in trust, using evidence based EFT for couples.
